1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed successfully.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer pan-India shipping through reliable courier partners.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free standard shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
  • A flat shipping fee of ₹50 applies to orders below ₹499.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with an additional charge of ₹30.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can also track your order through the “Track Order” section on our website.

5. Delays & Exceptions

  • Delivery delays may occur due to high demand, weather conditions, or unforeseen courier issues.
  • In case of any significant delay, our customer support team will get in touch with you.

6. Shipping Locations

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please notify us within 48 hours at support@fuwu.in with relevant photos and details. We will resolve the issue promptly.
